Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but freight costs are not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalog items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products, which are produced monthly. Inventory levels depend on current sales conditions; please contact our representatives for accurate stock information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
