Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products are manufactured according to strict international quality standards to ensure safety and efficacy in medical applications.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or samples of the items you require. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products, which are produced on a monthly basis. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. We recommend contacting our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
