Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we offer smaller sample orders for market testing. Free samples can be provided, though the buyer is responsible for freight costs.
Can I order custom products similar to your catalogue?
Certainly. We can process orders for products not shown in the catalogue if you provide pictures or physical samples. Please note that custom production requires a slightly longer delivery time.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
We generally maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments under $800, 100% in advance is required. For over $800, we require 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
How do you ensure product safety during delivery?
