What are the available shipping modes and associated charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the destination and weight.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the customer.
Can I purchase products that are not in the catalogue but are similar?
Certainly. You can send us pictures or samples of the required items. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
What are your payment terms and methods?
For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
