Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
A: Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges vary based on the destination and package weight.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals?
A: Yes, our products are manufactured following strict quality standards, and we hold necessary certifications including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE to ensure high quality and safety.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
A: We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the buyer.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
A: Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may take a little longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
A: Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
Q6: What is the standard lead time for bulk orders?
A: For items in stock, shipment can be arranged within 3-7 days. For mass production or custom orders, lead time typically ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on the quantity.
