1 Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
2 Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we maintain international standard certifications to ensure high product quality and safety for surgical applications.
3 What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
4 Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
5 Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. Inventory status depends on sales conditions; please consult our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
6 What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
