Q1 Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination.
Q2 Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we hold necessary quality management and medical device certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE to ensure high-standard production.
Q3 What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Q4 Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course. Please send us pictures or samples of the items you need. Customization may require slightly longer delivery times.
Q5 Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products which are produced monthly. Inventory status depends on sales conditions; please contact our sales team for accurate real-time information.
Q6 What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
