Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or via post upon specific request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination.

Yes, our manufacturing processes and products are compliant with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications to ensure the highest quality.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide free samples?
We generally expect minimum orders of at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the customer.
Can I purchase products that are similar to your catalogue but not explicitly shown?
Absolutely. You can send us pictures or samples of the items you need. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Are your products in stock or newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, with new production runs occurring monthly. We recommend contacting our sales team for accurate, real-time inventory information.
What are your accepted payment terms and methods?
For orders under 800 USD, 100% advance payment is required. For orders above 800 USD, we require 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
