Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination.

Yes, we maintain high manufacturing standards. We send through professional couriers to ensure the integrity of our certified medical products during transit.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders for market testing. We can offer free samples, but customers are responsible for freight costs.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Absolutely. You can send us pictures or physical samples. Please note that customized or non-catalog items may require a slightly longer lead time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payment: orders ≤ 800 USD require 100% advance. For > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
