Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we hold ISO9001, ISO13485, and CE certifications. We can provide certificate copies upon request.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, subject to sales conditions. Payment <= 800USD requires 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD requires 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
