Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we hold ISO9001, ISO13485, and CE certifications for our products. We can provide certificate copies upon request.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalog items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, with production runs occurring monthly. Availability depends on current sales conditions; please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
