Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we hold ISO9001, ISO13485, and CE certifications. We can provide certificate copies upon request.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test market our products. We could offer free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. But this takes a little longer time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we have stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Payment methods: L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
How can I get accurate inventory information?
Stock availability depends on our sales condition. It is better to ask our salesman for accurate and up-to-date inventory information.
